Install the game, secure your account, enter Helheim, and learn the essential systems that shape your first journey.
Flash Player 6.0 or newer is required for the game client to run. CleanFlash supplies the Flash support needed by the client.
If the installer, launcher, or game client does not start correctly, check the Requirements page for required components, compatibility steps, antivirus exceptions, and troubleshooting actions.
Once the client is installed and running correctly, create your Helheim game account through Accounts → Register on the website.
After registration, the website displays your personal recovery key and gives you the option to download it as a .TXT file. Save it somewhere secure and make sure you can find it again.
This key is the only way to recover your account in the future. Never share it with another player. The server administrator and staff do not know your recovery key and will never need to ask you for it.
Do not select TEST. That entry is not the live Helheim game server.
Your adventure begins in the redesigned Birth Village. Explore the map and speak with its NPCs to learn the basic controls and game concepts. When ready, travel to the lower-left section of the map and use the waiting NPC to enter the starting city.
Unlike traditional Conquer, Helheim does not begin in Twin City. Your first main city is Utopia. Utopia and the later custom cities are large, so colored dots on the minimap mark important NPC positions and help you navigate.
Speak with GuruTodd in Utopia and begin the beginner quest line. It awards useful early levels, weapons, and resources while guiding you through the city and its surroundings.
Your active main city changes automatically as your character reaches new level ranges.

Each city contains minimap markers for important NPCs. Use them instead of trying to memorize the full layout immediately.

Dungeons exist in all three main cities. Their difficulty and rewards increase alongside the city’s intended level range. After accepting a task from the relevant ZoneGuard, complete its objective and defeat the boss or final encounter to receive the full reward.

Wait until at least level 15 before attempting Utopia dungeons. Dying inside a dungeon applies an EXP penalty to your character.

The cooldown applies to the same dungeon type, not every dungeon at once. For example, completing an RDUNG in Utopia prevents another Utopia RDUNG for 30 minutes, but you may begin a CDUNG immediately if it is otherwise available.
Traditional gem mining is disabled on Helheim. Mines primarily produce ores and imbuement materials; gems are earned by hunting monsters inside timed GemAreas.
This keeps gems valuable and makes a fully socketed set containing Super Gems a meaningful long-term achievement.
Visit JewelerLau inside the StorageArea to combine lower-grade gems into higher tiers.
